Effective date: January 1, 2026. Applies to springfieldconcreteco.com and all services provided by Custom Springfield Concrete.
By accessing or using the website at springfieldconcreteco.com, submitting a contact or estimate request, or engaging Custom Springfield Concrete to perform any services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this website or engage our services.
These terms apply to all visitors to the website, all persons who request estimates, and all customers who enter into a service agreement with Custom Springfield Concrete.
Custom Springfield Concrete is a concrete contractor providing residential and commercial concrete services in Springfield, VA and surrounding communities. Services include but are not limited to concrete driveway installation, patio construction, sidewalk building, foundation work, retaining walls, decorative concrete, and related services as described on our website.
All services are subject to a separate written service agreement. Nothing on this website or in an estimate constitutes a guarantee of availability, timeline, or final price until a signed contract is in place.
Estimates provided by Custom Springfield Concrete - whether verbal, written, or submitted through this website - are good-faith approximations based on information available at the time of assessment. Estimates are not fixed-price quotes unless stated in a signed written contract.
Final pricing may vary from the estimate if site conditions differ from what was observed during the initial visit, if the scope of work changes at the customer's request, or if material costs change significantly between estimate and project start. Any changes to scope or price will be communicated to the customer in writing before additional work proceeds.
Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted.
Project start dates are scheduled upon execution of a signed agreement and receipt of any required deposit. Scheduling is subject to weather conditions, permit approval timelines, and crew availability. We will communicate any delays promptly.
If you need to reschedule or cancel a project, please contact us as early as possible. Cancellations made after work has begun or after materials have been ordered and delivered may be subject to charges for work completed and materials purchased on your behalf. Specific cancellation terms will be stated in your service agreement.
Custom Springfield Concrete reserves the right to reschedule or suspend work due to unsafe weather conditions or circumstances outside our control. We will not charge for weather-related delays.
Payment terms are specified in your signed service agreement. In general, a deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Accepted payment methods will be listed on your contract.
Balances not paid within the timeframe specified in the service agreement may be subject to a late fee. Custom Springfield Concrete reserves the right to suspend or cease work on projects with outstanding balances. In the event that collection action is necessary, the customer agrees to pay reasonable costs of collection, including attorney fees, to the extent permitted by law.
Where required by local ordinance or county regulation, Custom Springfield Concrete will apply for necessary permits on the customer's behalf as part of the project scope. Permit fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be included in or added to the project estimate. The customer is responsible for obtaining any HOA approvals prior to work beginning. Custom Springfield Concrete is not responsible for delays caused by third-party permit review timelines or HOA review processes.
Custom Springfield Concrete warrants that all work will be performed in a workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. Specific warranty terms - including duration and coverage - will be stated in the written service agreement for each project.
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, failure to follow care instructions provided at project completion, acts of nature, settlement or movement caused by conditions not disclosed or observable at the time of installation, or modifications made by parties other than Custom Springfield Concrete.
